At the end of 2016, I suffered my first ever anxiety attack, then slid into the deepest depression of my life soon after.

At the time, I couldn’t understand why these things were happening to me. But I was determined to find out.

So I spent the entirety of 2017 researching the mechanics of the mind, reading everything I could from the fields of Cognitive Science, Psychology and Eastern Philosophy.

As I learned more, I started to develop tools, systems and philosophies to help myself Spend More Time in a Good State of Mind. Then I started to apply these things to others with much success.

The end result of all of that is this site. I hope you find it useful.
